3. Adam’s Row NCP Car Park will be used as event space and will accommodate events such as exhibitions, conferences, day & evening events and interactive displays, to fall within a Sui Generis use class under a temporary planning consent for 24 months.
4. The principal function of the proposed space will therefore be a ‘blank canvas’ space which brands and organisations can use and flexibly curate into working exhibitions, conferences, product launches, fashion shows and/or interactive display space. The objective for Grosvenor Estates is to deliver a Meanwhile Use Cultural Venue which will add value to the Mayfair area and the cultural programming within London.
5. Depending on the event, the space will either be open to the public (free or ticketed) or on a closed invite only basis.
6. This event space will be managed by a dedicated Venue Labs Venue Management Team, which has previously worked in Westminster, with 38 Grosvenor Square and others. Presently this space is managed by Grosvenor Estates.
