Planning Permission Granted Cavendish Square underground car park

This week Westminster City Council's Planning Sub Committee unanimously approved innovative and ambitious plans to transform the Cavendish Square Underground Car Park. Working for Reef Group and alongside DP9 we are delighted with the approval, having undertaken all aspects of community and stakeholder engagement.

Uniquely located within a renowned London Square addressing Oxford Street, Harley Street and Regent Street this four storey subterranean development will be a world first wellbeing destination incorporating healthcare, retail and commercial space.

The application attracted strong support from the New West End Company and West End Ward Councillors. The Committee praised the scheme as having an "innovative design", saying it was an "amazing improvement" and concluded the public benefits were significant, approving the application unanimously.
