We hope you are safe and well at the moment as lockdown measures continue to ease.

We are working hard in all of the Royal Parks, particularly on the issue of people leaving litter, which we know is dangerous for wildlife, unpleasant for visitors and tough for our staff to clean up – over a tonne every day in June for Hyde Park alone.

We want to encourage everyone to safely enjoy and share the parks so we are launching a campaign from 16th July through to the end of August called The Summer Of Kindness, using the hashtag #BeKindToYourParks.

We hope our simple messages of enjoying the parks, being kind to one another and respecting the environment will lead people to consider how their actions impact on their parks.

Please take a look at the campaign outline and join the conversation on social media if you're able to.

Thank you for your support,

Everyone at The Royal Parks
