30 Grosvenor Square Construction Update

Dear Neighbour,
Here at 24-31 Grosvenor Square, we are progressing well through our programme of works. As the majority of work has moved below ground level, you may not have noticed much change, but we’ve made great strides in our subterranean demolition and basement dig. We have completed ten weeks on site since our return to work and in that time have progressed demolition works and B2 Level excavation and have commenced our basement slab construction.
