50 Berkeley Street / 50 Stratton Street website

Astrea have recently launched plans for the refurbishment and partial redevelopment of two neighbouring commercial buildings at 50 Berkeley Street and 50 Stratton Street in Mayfair. The proposals will retain the retail at ground floor, including the Sainsburys, whilst making changes at upper levels to introduce new terraces and more efficient office space. There would be an additional single set-back storey at 50 Stratton Street to create greater alignment between the sites although the building would remain below the height of Devonshire House to the south.
