The Audley - Newsletter 3

Posted on: 13/11/2020

Dear Local Stakeholder

Please find below the latest Grangewood Newsletter for the works to the Audley pub site in Mount St / South Audley St which I trust is self explanatory.

In addition to this update, we’re pleased to advise that Artfarm, the independent hospitality company, behind Somerset’s Roth Bar & Grill and The Fife Arms in Braemar, has signed a lease with Grosvenor for The Audley.

Artfarm believes that the most sustainable creative developments weave together art, community, learning, people and place. The company hosts diverse audiences in sites which range from a Victorian coaching inn in the Scottish Highlands to a former flour mill in Downtown LA.

The Audley will be Artfarm’s first London project and they have appointed architect Luis Laplace to lead the interior architecture of the space. Together Grosvenor and Artfarm, will restore many of the original historic features and re-open the pub to the community with the addition of a restaurant and rooms.

Artfarm will be submitting a planning application in the coming weeks and, prior to this, Artfarm is consulting with the Mayfair community and sharing its proposal for The Audley. Please find enclosed their consultation letter which provides details and contact information should you wish to discuss further.
