10 Spring Gardens Update

The Crown Estate is bringing forward proposals for the refurbishment of the building at 10 Spring Gardens, SW1A 2BN, in St James’s.

The Crown Estate’s ambition is to provide modern, sustainable, high-quality office space with a new café use at the ground floor. The proposals aim to significantly improve the public realm surrounding the site, creating a new piazza for workers, neighbours, and visitors to the area.
