TFL consultation on making the Park Lane cycle lane permanent

There has been a lot of talk about the cycle lane that appeared in Park Lane during the pandemic. Constant stationary traffic, increased pollution and an empty cycle lane, adjacent to an existing one in the park seem to be the common threads.
