Planning

Our Planning Team continues to monitor planning applications across Mayfair and St James’s and is actively reviewing proposals that may have an impact on our local area and community.

We are currently considering a number of applications and will continue to engage with the relevant planning authorities where appropriate.

If you have any planning concerns or would like to bring a particular application to our attention, please get in touch with our Planning Team at planning@rsmsj.com.

We are always keen to hear from local residents and ensure that relevant concerns are considered as part of our planning work.
