Grosvenor Square: Proposed minor amendments

Since planning permission for Grosvenor Square’s redesign was approved by Westminster City Council in summer 2022, we have appointed BDP to be Lead Designer and identified minor amendments to enhance the proposals.

The amendments respond to comments received during consultation and at planning committee. They will be submitted to Westminster City Council later this year through a Section 73 application. Ahead of this, we want to share them with you and answer any questions you might have.

The ambition for Grosvenor Square remains the same: to transform the square into a world-class public green space that delivers on the Community Priorities.

Where to see the amendments?

We are holding drop-in sessions at Mercato Mayfair Community Space, W1K 6ZA on:

• Thursday 16th November 12-2pm
• Tuesday 21st November 5-7pm

There's no need to book, just show up!
