Temporary Road Closure/Diversion

Dear Residents and Stakeholders,

Please note that there will be a temporary road closure and traffic diversion system (signage) in place along Upper Brook Street from Monday 29 January 2024 until Tuesday 30 April 2024. Works will be conducted between 8am and 6pm. The traffic order has been issued and approved by Westminster City Council.

Diversions and prohibited routes will be clearly signed.

Road(s) to be Closed: UPPER BROOK STREET/BROOK STREET Between: Upper Brook Street / Blackburne's Mews junction up to Upper Brook Street / North Audley Street. Diversion Route:

• Phase 1 - PARK STREET-NEW ROW-NORTH AUDLEY STREET
• Phase 2.3 - GREEN STREET-PARK LANE UPPER BROOK STREET
• Phase 2.4 - (PARK STREET)- GREEN STREET PARK LANE- CURZON STREET-QUEEN STREET- CHARLES STREET-BERKELEY SQUARE-DAVIES STREET- BROOK STREET
• Phases will be clearly signed as the works progress.

The works involve connecting utilities to the Chancery Rosewood Hotel project.
