New Online Parking Permit System for Westminster Residents

Westminster City Council is introducing a new online parking permit system to make it easier for residents to apply for, renew and manage their housing parking permits.

The new system will gradually replace paper permits with virtual parking permits over the next 12 months. Existing permit holders will be contacted in phases as their current permits approach renewal.

Residents applying for a parking permit for the first time will need to use the new online system and provide proof of their Westminster address and vehicle documentation.

The new platform will also allow residents to purchase virtual visitor parking permits. Existing visitor scratch cards can continue to be used until they run out.

Support will be available for residents who need help using the new system, including assistance from trained staff at Area Service Centres and Digital Ambassadors.
