Fire Alert 30 Grosvenor Square

Dear Residents and Stakeholders,

You may have been aware of a fire alarm/alert on site (30 Grosvenor Square) this morning (21 May 2024). The alert was caused by a minor temporary electricl fault and was swiftly resolved by the fire service. There is no residual danger to be concerned about and the site has returned to routine activities.

Apologies if this caused alarm and also for the sudden spillage of operatives onto public areas in and around our site.
