Hoarding/Light Well Works Blackburne's Mews

Dear Residents and Stakeholders,

Please note that works involving the two light wells and associated hoardings in the Blackburne's Mews elevation are planned as follows (please refer to attached diagram):

South Lightwell

• 17 - 18 July 2024 - Remove the hoarding .
• 19 - 23 July 2024 - Break out works.
• 24 - 26 July 2024 - Kerbs and paving works.
• 29 - 30 July 2024 - Reinstate the hoarding.

North Lightwell

• e. 31 July - 01 August 2024 - Remove the hoarding .
• f. 02 - 06 August 2024 - Break out works.
• g. 07 - 09 August 2024 - Kerbs and paving works.
• h. 12 - 13 August 2024 - Reinstate the hoarding.

Operatives have been instructed to work with the utmost consideration for residents in Blackburne's Mews, especially with regard to cleanliness (dust and debris) and the removal of all waste throughout all phases of the works.
