Deadline for Executive Council Nominations Extended - Extraordinary General Meeting and Annual General Meeting- Monday 15th June 2026 6-8pm at Mayfair Library

Dear RSMSJ Resident Members,

Please be advised we are holding our Extraordinary General Meeting immediately followed by Annual General Meeting on Monday 15th of June 2026 at the Mayfair room in Mayfair Library, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.

To confirm your membership status, if you intend to attend in person, and/or if you intend to vote by email or to register proxy vote email info@rsmsj.com on or before the 8th of June 2026.

Please note - we have extended the deadline for Executive Council nominations till tomorrow - 3rd of June 2026. We will be holding elections for Executive Council members for all positions including: Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, and sub-committee Chairs for Membership, Planning &Transport, Licensing and Events & Community Liaison.

If you are interested in putting yourself forward then please send a short resume with a brief cover letter to chairman@rsmsj.com on or before the 3rd of June 2026.
