Dear Member,

Please be advised we are holding our Extraordinary General Meeting on
Monday 15th of June 2026 at the Mayfair room in Mayfair Library, from
6.00pm to 8.00pm.

Please confirm your membership status, if you intend to attend in
person, and/or if you intend to vote by email or to register proxy vote
to info@rsmsj.com on or before the 8th of June 2026.

We will be holding elections for Executive Council members for all
positions including: Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, and
sub-committee Chairs for Membership, Planning & Transport, Licensing and
Events & Community Liaison.

If you are interested in putting yourself forward for Executive Council
then please send a short resume and a brief cover letter to
chairman@rsmsj.com on or before the 1st of June 2026.

This is your opportunity to influence and protect your neighbourhood.
