West One consultation

British Land and Norges have launched for consultation their detailed proposals for the future of West One. The proposals will see the retention and refurbishment of the shopping arcade with access retained to the Tube at all times, the demolition of the building above the arcade down to second floor and then the introduction of a new building at upper levels providing new office accommodation with greening and terraces. The servicing would continue to be undertaken at its existing location on Weighhouse Street. Further details can be found in the download document below and at the website westoneconsultation.co.uk.
