Closure of the NCP car park on Adams Row

NCP’s tenancy of the Adams Row car park will expire on 29 December 2020, at which point the car park will close.

Grosvenor have been in discussions with NCP over the past few months on their continued operation of the site, but are now preparing to take the site back later this month. They are working closely with NCP and the Biltmore hotel, which sits above the car park, to ensure that the site is secure and safe following its closure.

In the new year, Grosvenor will be engaging with the local community on any future plans for the car park.
