Pride in London Parade - Saturday 11th September 2021

To the Residents' Society of Mayfair & St James's, hope you are very well and are staying safe whilst the nation opens up to some positivity once more.

Last year our celebrations were held online and this year we are very happy to announce that we will be holding the traditional Pride in London Parade on Saturday 11th September 2021. We have tried to give you as much notice as possible in order to make the necessary arrangements for your activity on the day.

Pride in London is a celebration of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans community. It is an important event for the capital, and one of the largest. Over the past 48 years the event has campaigned for equality and celebrated London as a global beacon of tolerance and diversity.

This year it is even more crucial we keep the dialog open, engaged and inform you with any updates. We continue to follow government guidance and are working closely with the Mayor's office, Westminster City Council and other key bodies in London to finalise our plans and adhere to Covid safety guidelines. We understand that many businesses have been hard hit and are at various stages of recovery, and that we continue to navigate our ever changing daily lives. It is important therefore that we work together to make this much loved event the most memorable yet.
