Grosvenor Accelerates Offset Strategy

Last year, Grosvenor launched its 2030 net zero carbon pathway. We are now on track to achieve very ambitious emissions reductions across our business and supply chain - and we’re going to be just as radical about offsetting.

Today, I’m delighted to share a strategy that accelerates our offset programme by a full five years. This will make Grosvenor the UK’s first property company to be carbon neutral across all scopes by 2025.

While reducing emissions remains our top priority, getting into this market early has significant benefits, including ensuring the quality and impact of our offsets. So my view is, why wait?
