Grosvenor Square application submitted to Westminster City Council

Following several years of local engagement and 4 public consultations, Grosvenor have submitted the planning application for Grosvenor Square to Westminster City Council.

Grosvenor would like to thank everyone that participated and gave feedback during this process, which helped shape the final proposals.

The submitted designs would transform Grosvenor Square into a world-class public green space. They enhance biodiversity, enable climate resilience and celebrate the Square’s rich history, whilst supporting education and community wellbeing.

Grosvenor’s ambition is to create a garden that meets the needs of a modern city, to be enjoyed for years to come.
